(A) Responding to the school’s areas of concern:
Strengthening information literacy, promoting learning outcomes, effectively utilizing artificial intelligence to enhance classroom efficiency, and cultivating a new generation of outstanding digital citizens.
• Enhance students’ information literacy and cultivate them to become responsible digital citizens.
• Make effective use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the classroom to improve student learning outcomes.

(B) Areas of Concern for the Subject:
Implementing interdisciplinary collaboration within the learning area:
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration within the learning area and arrange diverse learning activities.
• Adopt suitable teaching methods based on students’ abilities to enhance learning effectiveness and improve public examination results.
• Use different assessment strategies to enhance teaching and learning effectiveness while catering to student diversity.
• Provide a variety of comprehensive learning activities and other experiences to meet students’ diverse needs and foster their development.
• Arrange for students to participate in internal and external “business” activities or competitions to enrich their business knowledge and broaden their workplace perspectives.
• Learn through reading, thereby cultivating students’ interest in reading.

1. Continue to strengthen the practice of public examination questions (2012-2025), such as assigning more sub-topic questions from previous examination, hoping to consolidate student subject knowledge and allow students to familiarize themselves with the assessment model, thereby enhancing student confidence in dealing with public examinations.
2. Students will be given extra tasks/tests to improve their test-taking ability.
3. Homework will focus on public examination questions and arrange public mock examinations to strengthen practice.
4. Special arrangements will be made for after-school classes to provide additional guidance and assistance to enhance the effectiveness of the measures.

1. Formulate pre-learning strategies to help students establish learning habits. For example, before the end of each class, the subject teacher will first give them some questions/practice to prepare or think at home, and ask them to preview the questions before class to improve their learning motivation.
2. After completion of a topic, the subject teacher will give students an appropriate assessment tasks to evaluate their learning effectiveness. Special arrangements will be made for after-school classes to provide additional guidance and assistance to cater for difference.
3. The homework is mainly based on the public examination questions. The questions are divided into small parts for training to encourage morale and inspire fighting spirit.
4. Arrange group study to let students cooperate and help each other. The more-able students can lead the less-able ones to study the assessment questions and enhance the learning motivation.
5. Review the teaching progress and revise the teaching materials to suit the student levels and enhance student learning motivation.

1. Arrange all S6 students to enroll in the HKMU Business School] 2026 BAFS Mock Examination, so that they can accumulate more public examination experience and be more ready for the DSE Examination. [Date: Feb 2026]
2. Cooperate with the Economics Department and arrange S4 and S5 students to visit local or mainland companies. [Date: To be confirmed]
3. The department will try to arrange for Form 4 and Form 5 students to participate in various “business” activities organized by the Education Bureau (EDB) or other organizations (such as seminars, visits, competitions, etc.). It is expected that participation in these relevant activities and competitions will help students with career planning, enhance their general skills, and increase their interest in learning subjects. These activities will be held at least once or twice a year, with dates to be determined.
4. Fundamentals of Business Studies (BUS): Promote interdisciplinary collaboration within the learning domain, providing a diverse range of comprehensive learning activities and other learning experiences to cater to students’ various needs and foster their diverse development.
