發展電子學習，促進學教的互動性。
- 透過構建無線網絡設施及教師專業發展為電子學習作充分準備。
- 善用資訊科技及電子學習工具，促進學與教的互動。
- 為教師推行的電子教學提供硬件及軟件的支援及協助，並由中央統籌備存教學資源。
