校友會會員大會
因應近期新型冠狀病毒的疫情尚未穩定及教育局宣佈學校須停課至5月26日, 除了本校一年一度的校友會會員大會(AGM)會順延舉行外，今年原定計劃舉辦的 「校友職場分享會」、「華山Talent Show 2020」及當晚校內自助聚餐將會全部取消。 復課後，經主席及各副主席商討後，現在議决2020/21 校友會會員大會（AGM) 舉行日期及安排如下︰ 舉行日期︰二零二零年六月二十七日（星期六） 舉行時間︰下午五時正報到 (下午 5:15 開始，約下午 5:45 結束) 舉行地點︰本校舞蹈室 報名方法：可致電 2571 1285 或電郵 yin@ccckws.edu.hk / cwk@ccckws.edu.hk 向梁美妍助理校長或陳偉基主任報名。 會後聚餐收費： 400 元 (聚餐地點將於校外舉行，稍後會公佈地點詳情。而議程及上年會議紀錄亦將稍後一併發放。) 收費方法： 須於14/6/2020 前透過 PayMe (請列明姓名、電話、畢業年份及人數)付款予陳贊臣主席 (Tel: 9218 2425)。 請大家踴躍支持及出席當天會員大會。若有任何查詢，可於辦公時間內致電 2571 1285 聯絡梁美妍助理校長或陳偉基主任。 此致 中華基督教會桂華山中學 歷屆校友 全體校友會幹事 敬約 （主席陳贊臣代行） 二零二零年五月廿八日
